A hybrid manufacturing process where the barrel is spun and stretched while hot.
Deep Dive
Also known as "Rotary Forged" or "Spun Forged". The face is cast, but the barrel is heated and spun-stretched like a clay pot. This creates a barrel that is nearly as strong and light as a fully forged wheel, at a fraction of the price.
