Sasria Claims Process (via Primary Insurer)

Report the damage (riot, strike etc.) to your main car insurer (e.g., Santam, Hollard, etc.).
Insurer Processes Sasria Portion
Your insurer handles the entire claim, including the Sasria-covered component.
Obtain Claim Reference (from Insurer)
Use the claim number provided by your primary insurer.

We provide a quote to your primary insurer.
Approval by Primary Insurer
Your main insurer authorizes repairs, liaising with Sasria internally.
Repair Post-Approval
